Funxiro is the trading name under which our webshop operates. The business behind Funxiro is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce as L&N Verkoop VOF, with registered office at Koningshof 84, 2981DA Ridderkerk, the Netherlands, KvK number 89156102. L&N Verkoop VOF is managed by its partners, Luuk Johan Burgers and Nick Knol. Section 5: Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment locations in Germany and France, depending on stock availability.

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

Standard shipping is free of charge and typically arrives within 4 to 5 business days.

Express shipping is available for a flat fee of 4.95 euros and includes insurance for your package. Express orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. Occasional delays can occur due to customs checks, carrier volume or circumstances outside our control, and we will do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

Section 6: Products and Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case by case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

All prices shown on our website include applicable Dutch VAT unless otherwise stated at checkout. Because shipments to you may originate from our locations in Germany or France, any customs handling required is our responsibility as the seller and no additional customs duties should be charged to you as the customer on deliveries within the Netherlands. Should any additional costs arise unexpectedly, we recommend contacting us so we can look into it together.
